Is it okay to send a wedding invite to someone's business office?

It depends on what type of business. Do they own the business? If it's a corporate office I would say try to avoid it.

Can you get his home address? You don't know his/her boss okay with it or not...
Unless it is his/her own business, then I think it is alright.
