I have really sensitive skin on my back and my dress goes down really low so Im scared that stress will make me break out or something. Does tanning help clear up your skin. Any one else have similar issues? Any suggestion?

tanning probably helps - kilss the bacteria. I know that my skin is always so much better in the summer. After a few days on the beach any problems I have on my back clear up.
Just be careful to not over do it - 1. you don't really want an ugly red burn on ur wedding day, 2 - extreme sunlight isn't good for you!

Not sure if you're looking for something along the lines as medication but Pro Active is pretty good..If you start using it about a month or two before your wedding it should prevent any breakouts from occurring...I know a few people who have used it and all are very happy with the results...otherwise tanning should do the trick...
