Separate Makeup Artist for Bridesmaids?

Separate Makeup Artist for Bridesmaids?

I'm an afternoon bride and was wondering if anyone looked into having 2 makeup artists -- one for bride & maybe 2 others, and maybe 1 for the rest of the BP. This way we don't have to start as early (& it also turns out that a makeup artist I like has another job on the same day so she probably wouldn't have time to stay and do everyone.)

Are makeup artists willing to come to the house if they dont get to do the bride? I know bride prices are really jacked up so I'm a little worried if I go with a second makeup person for BMs only that they will charge a ton.

Anyone do (or look into) something like this?

i was thinking about it but i only have 3 bridesmaid and the MOG getting make up done - if i had more people than i would def have considered it...

I'm only having one because I know not all my girls are getting their makeup done.

We have...

me, my mom, my sis, 2 BMs, and my aunt (who can be done after, and doesn't need to be ready early for pictures)

1 more BM is a probable yes, and 2 more are undecided.
