Tonight I started to write on the 2004 calendar all the things we need to do leading up to the wedding and when things need to be paid.

I am too...Just seems like their is so much to do. The vendors are out of the way, but its the details that I am working on. The programs, the menu, organizing things, gifts, etc...

One would think I was getting married in a few days the way I am so nervous.

Groom: Give all of the Groomsmen the information they need to buy and/or reserve their attire.

Shop for and purchase wedding rings.

Make or buy favors. Allow extra time for custom-made favors (i.e. chocolates in a pre-printed box).

Bride: Buy any special lingerie your gown requires in time for first fittings.

Groom: If you are renting a tux, visit the formalwear shop to get measured.

Get anything you need for an international honeymoon (passport, birth certificate, visas, vaccinations, etc.).

Pick up your invitations.

Talk to your honor attendant and best man about shower and other party plans.

Start taking better care of yourself (eat right, exercise) so you look and feel great come wedding day.

Talk to people you'd like to do special performances or readings as part of the ceremony.

I am on wedding kick. Every night I have been doing things. I have been working on my programs a lot lately and I just started to get my bridal shower list together to give to my MOH's.

So much to do

FH is up from school so we've done a few things, but I'll get back in the swing of things in a few weeks. FH and I had our first meeting with our officiant, looked at tuxes, and picked and ordered our wedding bands. My biggest to do now is that I need a videographer!

Re: Sept 18 brides

Girls have you given your MOH or anyone your bridal party a shower list.

I started mine and it's weird that I am not planning something wedding related. My MOH told me just get your list together and give to me and dont worry about anything else.

Did you girls start a list or anything yet?
