Ok, I was thinking the fall-ish season is just beautiful for weddings, but picking a hurricane free island can be tricky...Any Ideas or suggesions??? I was thinking Aruba...
Also, All inclusive? prices? any suggestions? Ideas? quotes?

We're so late into November, I think we'll be fine in the Caribbean....unless some storm destroys all the islands...
My parents' anniversary is 10/26. They try to go away for their anniversary every year- 3 of the last 6 years, they've had to change their plans because of the weather situation in the caribbean! Last year, they went to Vegas instead and had a great time.
Aruba is south of the hurricane belt - you should be safe there!

I was thinking that aruba is probably a safe choice... We are getting married on october 20th 2006, So i was thinking if we leave 21 of october we can do 7 days in aruba, and the fly to orlando, fl and do maybe 3 nights more in disney/universal studios...By then it will be halloween, and we love universal studios halloween horror nights. I just was wondering how expensive aruba is...

Friends of ours just got married last Friday and they are currently honeymooning in Aruba. We're not sure where we are going yet, we're just doing a mini honeymoon and our real honeymoon will be June 2008 - two weeks in Greece!

I'm getting married in July and we're going to Jamaica. I am purchasing insurance for hurricanes. But I was born and raised in FL, so hurricanes are no biggie. Come to FL, it's been beautiful this year. No hurricanes!

We're going on a cruise to the eastern caribbean in the beginning of October. Puerto Rico, St Thomas, Tortola. I like the idea of the cruise because in case of a major storm they will redirect the cruise to somewhere else.

I have been there twice but stayed with a friend's family. So I only had to pay for airfare... that is a little expensive, close to $700 per person.
