can i just say with working and running around to get things done for the wedding i come on today to look at hair styles and realize that i only have 44 days left before my wedding!!!!! I can't begin to explain how i am sooo freaking out i feel like there is sooo much more to do and that is coming up so fast.. god bless the brides that stay so calm and cool if i am freaking out now i can only guess what i'm going to be like a week before the wedding. my wedding is sept 8, 2007 does any other bride feel like this or am i just getting over excited thanks ladies happiness to all

I find that I have my moments. One moment I am calm and cool and everythings going ok, then next complete chaos. For example.... I had all of my BM's get thier dresses in Nov. 2006. I had one cousin who lives in Boston and I let her get her dress up there. She assured me in April (mind you this is way past Nov. when I was like you have to get your dress) that she got it. Well she called me yesterday morning, she never got her dress. So now she has to pay an extra 80 bucks to get it rushed and now Sat morning I have to make her come down to NY in order to ensure she actually orders it. See chaos....but I must admit prior to this issue everything had been going as pretty much as planned.

I still have so much to do, but I'm not that worried. I have the next 2 weekends with no invitations to anywhere, so I plan on accomplishing alot. I'm trying to remain calm.

I'm feeling the same way! There is so much left to get done. Most of it involves making final decisions & I think if I have to make another decision, my head will explode. I just cannot get my butt in gear to finish the planning.

i'm actually feeling okay. strangley enough, living in AZ has helped me to be on top of things because i have to have everything done far enough in advance to get them to NY. really the last big thing i need to do is 100% decide on readings/music and print up programs. everything else is essentially done!
oh yeah, still have to do seating, but i need to wait a litle bit before i can do that. but i'm shocked at how calm and relaxed i am!

I'm going to call them like an animal until I get them. We need them back to apply for the marriage license.

I've been running around like a chicken without a head. I am definitely feeling the stress and nervousness. I also have OCD so that is not helping me. If anything, it is making it worse.
I can't wait till the stress is over. uggghhh..
I think my mom thinks I am nuts.

It's funny because it is very rare lately that I am freaking. We met with our DOC on Tuesday and also ordered FH's wedding band, but I still haven't gotten mine and I'm fine with that. We went and got our marriage license yesterday and went over our menu but we are still waiting for 194 responses and that I am not okay with! FH still hasen't 'OFFICIALLY' picked a place for the tuxes and I am okay with that too.
I guess it depends on the day. Most things will fall into place. I just wish people would send back their responses!!!

Yes, I totally hear you!! Especially because now I'm back to square one to try to find a limo company. I had to cancel my original company after an absolute FIASCO for my bachelorette party.

I'm actually more stress about work than this whole wedding planning...so far, I have no major problem (thanks to my FH mom's help). I'm all alone at work because my 2 assistant got pregnant at the same time and of course went on maternity at the same time...I always remind myself that I can do it alone and this job is paying for my wedding

Hey 9/22 twin! Yes, ladies, I feel the pressure a bit too. It's crazy how many details there are to think about. For the most part I'm taking the simple approach but it still is very overwhelming. I'm mostly panicking about how I don't have enough money to pay for everything! We still have balances to pay for, gifts to pay for, my trials to pay for, the balance on my gown and the alterations (oh my GOD is that expensive!)...oy! Thanks to all of you who share in these stressed out feelings. We're not alone, girls!
