The week of June 29th, right after my shower. I'll send my shower thank you's within 2 weeks after that, hoping to nudge those late rsvp's.

Re: September Brides
ok...I have a dilema because my cousin is getting married July 5th, so I don't think I should send them out before her wedding. I was thinking of sending them out on July 6th to ensure that no one will receive them before her wedding.

That's really considerate of you. You'll be fine sending them out them. Maybe put them in the mail july 3rd (friday), offices are closed on the 4th and 5th. The first people should recieve by the 6th or 7th. They'll have something great to look forward to right after her wedding

Thanks...That is a good idea and I was thinking about doing that too. It's not really being considerate though...it's avoiding conflict..lol. Things between my cousin and I have been shaky for the past year and I would just rather not stir anything up.

August 1. The wording 'The favour of a response is requested by the first of August' on the invitation just sounded nice :) Plus our room block deadline is the 4th, so this gives people a 3-day leeway.

Re: September Brides
i want to send mine out the end of june but i know my mom is planning my shower the 28th so i dont know if i should wait til after or i might do them by the 14th and get thim in the mail by the 20th, my Rh said they need a final head count a week before the wedding so im going to put the rsvp for august 6th. I think that gives people plenty of time
