the best honeymoon spot is ARUBA. they are completely outside of the hurricane belt and you never have to worry about rain. not to meniton it is gorgeous there and tons of things to do.

FH and I were just talking about this the other day. I'm not sure where to go now. We were going to go on a Carribean cruise but that's now out of the question!!!

Last year the Hurricanes were preety much gone by mid september... I wouldn't chance a cruise in those waters , but I am going to chance an island.. and pray and get trip insurance..
Aruba, Hawaii and Tahiti are outside the Hurricane belt I heard..

you cant predict weather, but Hawaii usually has very nice weather all year long I cant take vacation until winter but if I could I would probably go to Europe, September is a beautiful month to visit European countries

We are probably going to take our chances and go to one of the islands on the Caribbean...we are gonna go through sandals because they have that hurricane insurance!

what didnt you like, just curios, where did you stay??? i love it there. the food is outrageous, the weather is gorgeous and there was so much to do. did you go to the casinos, how about the 'las vegas' style shows???

one reason why I wouldnt go to Caribbean in the summer is because of the humidity (not all the island of course)... we went to Mexico few years ago in August and it was just too humid, you couldnt really enjoy the weather...

Ok, I may be nuts but I went on a cruise to Bermuda three years in a row (late september, early October and I never had a problem. Only one night did we hit the tail end of something but it was at night I slept right through it!
On the other hand, for HM we're seriously leaning towards Aruba.

well I went Memorial Day weekend , where they had the Soul Music Festival... and that was the best part of the trip... I went with my girlfriends and we stayed at the RENAISSANCE HOTEL.. I don't like to gamble ( I hate losing money) ...
THe food was great. We went to a Brazilian restaurant out there and it was great... we went to the club and it was nice... maybe because I was missing my FH is why I wasn't feeling it ro much.. Iwent with 5 girls..
no, didn't go to vegas shows or sight seein geither..

Oh God now I'm getting worried. I am taking a cruise out of NY/NJ thats going to Bermuda most likely. How worried should I be?
I would probably be leaving the first week of October

I think you'll be cool. We can't perdict the weather. last year the Hurricanes were over mid-Sept.
