What colors are good for a September wedding?

I love browns/deep red tones/burgundy for that time of year. But you could really do anything you want...

My friend is using a chocolate truffle brown for her wedding this September. Maybe a nice deep color like purple or navy blue. But you can really use any color you like.

I am doing chocolate brown for my Sept. wedding. I think deep rich colors go well with a fall theme. If your in the early part of Sept. you can easily get away with 'summer' colors like pastels (pinks, coral, turquise, etc.)....

That being said, I also think anything pretty much goes for Sept. (and any other month) as long as you love it!

My sister did a September wedding and her colors were dark red, burnt orange and chocolate. It looked great. She had a 'fall in love' themed wedding with leaves on everything (STD, invites, tables and I even had a leaf engraved on each toasting flute and the cake server set). It worked out really well and it was so colorful!!

I am 9/12 and I am doing teal/turquoise and yellow since its still summer officially.

Since my wedding is September 12 which is still summer, I am doing blue( somewhere inbetween cornflower & royal) with yellow and a hint of green.
