I pretty much have everything done that I can do without having a meeting with a vendor (menu, CP viewing, etc.). I need to make seating charts and my table cards, but I can't do that until I know who is coming. Oh, and when my envelopes get back from the calligrapher I have to stuff them. Already got the postage even!

I think I am in good shape. There are a lot of things that I can't do until later.
1. Make programs. My dad has a draft somewhere and we'll revise as needed. My largest problem is that one of the groomsmen is a bit flake - we don't actually know if he'll show.
2. Get a bra and have dress fittings. I have everything else.
3. Assemble invites, address, and send.
4. Attend shower. Write thank you notes afterwards.
5. Send final checks to vendors, or write them out for the day of. I'll need to contact everyone with directions and times.
6. Go to NJ and get my License.
7. Do table assignments. I might do the Martha Stewart paper chairs or maybe I'll just use regular tent cards.
8. Order M&M and assemble favors.
9. Have my hair trial (I booked my hairdresser without trial because I know him).
.... I am sure there are other things that I am forgetting.

after that, all the major vendors are done.
then have to do:
menus after finalizing menu
church programs
oot bags
seating chart
order linens
view/finalize centerpieces (july)
invitations are in, but have to finalize guest list and send to calligrapher
makeup trial and hair trial are scheduled for july when i'm back in ny
mom has favors, just have to put them together i think
schedule and do dress fittings
pick songs for ceremony and reception probably around june-july
finish buying groomsmen gifts
i feel like i'm missing something...

i compiled a big list of what i had to do and got really really overwhelmed. just this mornin i decided to break down the list and assign months to it.. this way i have a smaller list for each month to try and keep me focused!
