September Honeymoon

Hi everyone,
I'm getting married September 15th. FH and I want to go somewhere warm and tropicalish...but the Carribean is pretty much out because of Hurricane Season...Already been to Aruba, so don't want to go back for our HM...Can anyone recommend a place for us to go???

We are thinking

1) Cabo San Lucas (on top of a 3-4 day Santa Barbara Wine Tour):
- Palmilla ($$ but you can get good deals)
- Ikal Del Mar
- Casa Que Canta (When a man loves a woman was filmed here)
- El Careyes

2) Turks & Caicos
- Parrot Cay
- The Palm

But i hear you on the hurricane stuff....So we are mostly leaning toward so'cal wine and then mexico...just to avoid the stress of worrying about hurricanes.

Palmilla in Cabo is beautiful! It's about a 20 minute ride though to downtown Cabo San Lucas, it's in the tourist corridor between San Juan del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

i'm thinking of doing the NCL Pride of Hawaii cruise. I want to see Hawaii and FI wants to cruise...so I guess that works out. :)

Hi Diana!!! Great to see you on the boards!!

FH and I will be going to Aruba for 7 or 8 nights and then off to Disney for 4 or 5 nights!!

I went on my honeymoon to St. Lucia the last week of sept. into the 1st week of october and the weather was great!! Rained a little but nothing major.

I have been to Cabo San Lucas and it's beautiful there...lots of beautiful places to stay. Also Anguilla I've heard is spectacular, I have never been myslef but heard it was great.

I love Travel Solutions! Leslie also works for this company and I'm using her.

DH and I actually decided to postpone our HM until March to the Caribbean and during the weekend of our wedding, we went to Newport, RI and had the time of our lives up there, so we actually are getting 2 HMs.

I got married Sept 17th
we went to HAWAII
Beautiful weather the whole time, NO rain!!!!!!!!!!
We loved it and would do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can go to HAWAII now do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT was the BEST THING EVER TO DO

FH and I just went to a travel agent yesterday to get ideas. we went thinking, Mexican riviera cruise and left thinking we would start in barcelona spain and cruise throught Italy!!! I can't tell you how excited I am. Cruises are definitely the way to go, for us anyway. So much for your money.
