FH and I were worried about this too. We booked Tahiti, so there are no worries. My BM is going to Barbados, and she said it is not affected, also Aruba is not affected....

Re: september honeymoons
This has been stressing me out. We have a tight budget, so Tahiti, Hawaii, Europe are all out. We may just go to Vegas or FL for a couple of days and take our official honeymoon in December. I'd like to go to Mexico.

Re: september honeymoons
we were stressing about hurrican season and the $$ -- we ended up booking a 12 day cruise on Princess to Hawaii and Tahiti, with 2 days pre-cruise in Hawaii. and we booked everthing through Princess --airfare, hotel, and cruise obviously we thought a cruise would be relaxing, don't thave to worry about anything since everything is included except the cost of the excursions and alcohal

Re: september honeymoons
if you are really worried- go to aruba. But the risk of a hurricane is really small- yes it is hurrucane season, but then chances of one hitting where you are on ur honeymoon is actually pretty small. But if it really amkes u nervous then go somewhere safe.

it only makes me nervous because I am one of those types that if Aruba never experienced a hurriance....one would hit and land on the hotel we were staying in thanks for all the advice
