Can you share your color schemes and dress and flowers?
My ideas are all over the place and think if I see others ideas it will help me focus.
Right now I am thinking autumn colors for the flowers....burnt oranges, crisp reds and yellows.
Dresses...not sure. I originally was thinking Claret red....but I am wondering if champagne would look good against autumn flowers? What do you guys think?

My color scheme is white, green and champagne...my BMs are wearign champagne dresses and Im planning to have centerpieces as in pic below...
I'm not positive, but I think my girls are going to wear navy blue. I like alot of the Bill Levkoff dresses so most likely euro navy.
As for flowers I want to go with red, orange and yellow roses with the little red berries and possibly fall colored leaves as filler. Their bouquets will be wrapped with the same matieral as their dresses.
As for CPs I'll use the same flower scheme but in low CPs with about 6-9 different sized pillar candles in the center.
I am getting married on Sept. 16th next year. I don't have my color scheme nailed down yet (we have only booked our church, reception site, and band so far).
But I think it's a great time of year, and you could go either summery (it's still technically summer until Sept. 21) or autumn, because it IS mid-September, post-Labor Day. It's so versatile, you can do whatever you want, color-wise!
I like blues and greens, so I was thinking of doing a french blue, with peach or pink and ivory. Or a celadon green color, maybe. I haven't decided.
I LOVE fall, jewel-tone colors. I think reds and burnt oranges and yellows would look really great, esp. in pictures. I would prefer the claret red to champagne, if you go with a fall/jewel-toned color-scheme, though. I think the red stands up to the other colors better. In my opinion, champagne looks better against softer colors like pale blues and pinks and lavenders. Just my opinion!
Why don't you experiment and see what colors look best on your bridal party, and what kinds of flowers you like. Let me know what you choose, because I am still debating, too!

Don't know if this helps, but my brother got married the 1st week of October and our flowers were red, orange and yellow and we had claret dresses. I have a pic, but it's a little fuzzy.
I am getting married on Sept 16th THIS year. My girls are wearing Euro Red and I am doing all white calla cp's with pale pink rose petals and votives on the tables and the girls are carrying pale pink callas.....everything from the menus to the favor wrapping is white with red and pale pink accents.
I haven't finally decided yet but its going to be champagne, pink & possible an ocean blue. To me its technically still summer and its warm so i'm not doing the traditional fall colors.

I'm having green bm dresses with an eggplant color calla lillies for the girls bo-ks. My CP are just white calla lillies with a bunch of greens..

I'm doing Burgundy bridesmaid dresses. the bouquets will probably be autumn colored roses. I'm actually going to let the florist reccomend roses that accent the burgundy dresses. I figure he knows better than me...he does it all the time.
for my bouquet I would like callas in burgundy and roses too..but I would like some cream or ivory colored roses in my bouquet too.
same thing for centerpieces. I'm leaning toward the fall look as opposed to summer.

I'm doing cranberry (or wine), ivory and touches of silver. I'm getting married Labor Day weekend. I think cranberry/wine looks good on most people and I love that color!

I think I am moreso leaning toward the autumn colors too. My sister confused me when she mentioned the champagne color dresses against autumn colored flowers. I am worried about how well the dresses in that color would photograph.

LETS SEE. MY DRESS IS CHAMPAGNE MY BM DRESSES ARE BLACK FLOWERS ARE YELLOW ORANGE FUSCIA
THE GIRLS BOUQUET ARE FUCHSIA MINE WILL HAVE YELLOW ORANGE FUCHSIA CREAM AND SOME STEPNOTIS ALL ROSES.........

french blue and mocha, BM are wearing mocha dresses and the flowers will be blue. here's my invite, which inspired the colors, and one of my BM's dresses.
