Has anybody else noticed that the time listed with each post on this site is about 7 or 8 minutes fast?

I used to turn my work computer off as soon as LIW said 5:00, and boy was I disappointed when I was packed up, and it wasn't 5:00 yet!

the time on my work phone is 4 minutes behind the time on my computer which is 2 minutes ahead of my cell phone. now THAT'S a serious issue!
