SERIOUSLY?? sooo frustrated

ugh im just whining again today...sorry girls LOL

but Hair Genie is supposedly soooooooo great and she's working well with me

BUT SHE TAKES WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONGGGGGGGGG to respond!!!!

After she finally got bac kto me that my day's available, she was responding so quickly, asking my info, for days i am available to do trials, etc...

I emailed her like 2 weeks ago with dates to do a trial because she asked for good dates for me and I Still haven't heard back!

With all of my hair troubles, this is the last thing I need....to be sitting on needles n pins waiting with my fingers crossed that when I finally get a trial I'll like it!!! In the meantime, every day is slipping away so quickly!!

so frustrated....ARGH

Try not to worry. In the meantime, why dont you make appointments for trials with other vendors? You may end up finding out you like just as much who actually responds!

aw so sorry i have found with both her and oksana it took them about a week or so to get back to me because they are so busy at the end of the week and weekend with weddings.. hopefully you will hear from her by the beginning of next week but in the meantime maybe you should try to get in touch w/ other vendors just in case

I had a similar experience with Nicole D'Angio. She literally took MONTHS to get back to me.

I would make a trial with Hair Genie, but def make a few other ones as well.

I can relate - the woman I am trying to do a trial with just emailed that she is on vacation until Jan 5!!!! I was hoping to do a trial during the break / my vaca time!! ARGH!!!
