Serves me right....

Every day that I walk from work to the bus on 6th Avenue I pass this wedding trimmings store. The front window has tiaras and shoes and lots of stuff on display (major temptation). So the other day I caved in and stopped to look. I found a pretty tiara but had to run to the bus so I left it. This afternoon I wandered back over there during lunch but either the tiara I liked was replaced with something else or I just don't like it anymore. I think it was replaced. So of course I start looking around the store and go back to the front window where there is a pretty hairpin on display - go back in ask about it and apparently they don't have anymore and will not be getting any. I need to stop doing this to myself - I already have a tiara and if I think about looking at hairpins I'll just find something else later on. Viscious cycle!

I stopped buying bridal magazines for the same reason- I know I will change my mind 50 million times if i have too many choices.

Where on sixth avenue? I get my bus over there too and I think I know the place you mean...I also have my tiara already, so I know what you mean about the viscious cycle!

Let's see (I have to visualize walking to direct you)...

If you are walking from 34th Street towards 36th Street on 6th Avenue it's....okay I know - it's on 6th Avenue between 35th and 36th - if you are standing right in front of the McDonald's then it's on your right hand side.

Does that make sense?

I walk right by those places every day! I get the super express bus at 6th & 37th. They always have such tempting things in the windows
