Service Charge & Tips?

For the girls who's venues are charging a 'service charge'.

Are you still tipping on top of that?

If so, how much?

This isn't a tip so yes you do.

My contract specifically states, 'the service charge is not a tip' Matre'd 3-5 p/person depending on service and bridal attendant. Some RH's include the tip for the valet and bartender somewhere,

I've heard that some venues do include their tip into their 'service charge'.

With my venue they don't.
So just wondering what some girls are tipping.

Couple bucks per wait staff or a percentage.
