Settle my debate with FH

I said your supposed to pay for a plate for doc, photog, and DJ

He said no

Your RH will tell you how it deals with vendors and their plates. Most places will tell you that if you use their vendors then they wont charge you the per person price for them. But if you use someone else then its generally half price.

yeah, it stinks, but you have to feed them.

look at your contract with your RH, it will list a price for vendor meals. basically any vendor who is 'stuck' at your wedding expects to be fed.. DOC, DJ photog/videographer, photo booth attendent, etc...

Some vendors may even require it in their contract.

For my RH if you use their recommended people they eat free if you dont I believe they are 1/2 price.... but yes, you do have to feed them or you will have some cranky/hungry vendors lol

You'd have some real hungry vendors if you didn't feed them. Esp like the photographer who is following you around all day!!

this-- you have to check with the RH on their policy but sometimes it's half price, sometimes it's full, sometimes it's discounted for in-house vendors, etc.

you definitely want to give those vendors something to eat -if they have an effect on how your wedding goes, you don't want them getting cranky haha
