Sewing

Does anyone on the board sew?

I am real excited I am taking a beginners sewing class starting tonight.
Its basically a class to teach us how to use a sewing machine, layout pattern, cut and sew fabric,
we will complete one project in class.

Hopefully I will figure out what I am doing.
I figured I should see if i like it before I buy a new sewing machine.

Also as luck would have it my grandmother had a sewing machine she gave me, so hopefully this will do for the time being until I see how I like it and knowing me will want a NEW toy.

I like to sew, but haven't in awhile.
I was good at making skirts, but could never get pants or shirts to fit right.
