You guessed it. In the 11th episode, we'll learn that Big is in New York and is seriously ill. Carrie will go to the hospital to visit him, and she'll be understandably upset. He'll be putting a brave face on, flirting with the nurses and with Carrie, just as we'd expect.

From msgrl: Any idea what Big has? This makes me very sad.

since this is the last seaosn...I would think that they might try to wrap something up (like Miranda and Steve)...but anything could happen...

I don't think Samantha is too much...she gets what she wants...although I loved her with Richard...
