SF cake?

SF cake?

I haven't even started to think about the cake but that other post with the adorable Barbie cake reminded me. I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and I was wondering how it would work with me and the part of the reception where he feeds me the cake. Do you think they can make me a sugar free piece of cake?

FH is diabetic...and we are going to ask our hall this on Wednesday, when we go pick out the cake. He siad...if they can't, they he will have the one bite I feed him...but that's it. I feel bad he can't enjoy the whole cake experience!

Well, you don't have your hall yet, so maybe this is something you can ask. If its a place that you have to bring the cake in anayway, , then you could always get a small cake made on your on.

I would think if they have a full scale bakery or they contact out to one, then they should be able to do it.

Can you not even have a tiny peice? Even if your husband manages to get a forkfull with out the frosting?

try for a Sugar free though- that way you can actually eat some.

although most people tell me they never get to eat their cake . . .

Def ask about that early, maybe in this circumstance they would allow you to bring in a small sf cake if need be. They had better make arrangements for you because you are giving them a great deal of money. I'm sure everywhere you go they'd be happy to help
