I posted for a limo quote on the Vendors Board and also called some vendors before I got answers to my question online. I find it interesting that, from one vendor, I got a significantly higher quote on the phone than online!!!

That happened to me too! I voiced my opinion to that vendor and they told me the online quote was an error and it would be corrected, whatever...

Yeah right!! If they don't honor the online one - I won't use them!!!

That happened to me with a DJ. First time I saw him he said one price and then when we met it was another. Lets just say I did not go with him.

I agree. They put the online quote 'in writing' so to speak. Even if it was a mistake, a good business person would state that the lower price would be honored.

They always try to make an extra buck. Do they have it in writing?

I asked one limo vendor for a quote months ago and forgot where I put it. I asked again and got a totally different quote (eventually found original in my email). I called and got another. Ugh - limo companies are so sketchy. I don't want one but would like transport for guests to hotel. only 2 weeks til my wedding and I never found anything reasonable
