Have any of you ladies actually used one of these?
Honestly, my arms are the only thing that seriously bother me in my dress....I know I obviously need to lose fat as well, but I just wonder if the shake weight works. I saw a few girls on the '10 board said they tried it...anyone have any feedback? I mean, it looks ridiculous....but does it work?!

I've heard the opposite...that it works..Thinking about getting it as well...they have it at BBB and you can always use the 20% off coupon!

It doesnt work and gives me a head ach. don't buy it. you would be better of using the 20 bucks to get some free weights and do regular exercises.
