Do they really work? I am doing kickboxing but its not working fast enough. i am loosing weight all over but i need something to concentrate on my arms. i refuse to wave to my guests with my hand and have my arm fat wave after.

hahahhaahaha. Charonda....you crack me up!!
I am not sure if they work or not. They actually sell them in bed bath and beyond..so I picked one up to try it, and it was just wierd. I think you are better off with free weights. There is no quick fix.

Re: Shake weights....
I bought one but only used it once. I don't think I got the motion right it didn't make me sore the next day.

Re: Shake weights....
That product ALWAYS makes me laugh. I thought it was the most inappropriately funny thing ever created
I visited my aunt last month as she's working on my veil, and noticed the shake weight on her counter. I almost died because I don't know anyone who actually purchased it. She couldn't understand why I thought it was so funny. She has nothing but positive reviews for it. She said it's a great workout. So it's worth a try according to her.
I'd also recommend push ups (I do them against the wall because I can't do regular ones) and tricep pushups on a chair. They are totally free and do work.
Good luck!

Thanks ladies. Shelbylove i will wait for your review before i go and by them. I love kickboxing it just doesnt seem to work on that target area fast enough. We do all types of push ups but maybe i will also do some at home. I just dont want the photographer or the videographer to catch my arm in mid jiggle....OMG could you imagine
