Shameless Plug
We just bought an Oreck XL with Hepa-Celoc back in May. My 3 year old stood on the flat piece and it came apart from the stem. This was a $700 set so I was very upset. I took it back to the store figuring it wouldn't be covered by the 21 year warranty (my son and his actions were probably considered ACTs of GOD). Well they not only fixed it under the warranty but they gave me the same model as a loaner! That is customer service!![]()
