Jen, I had cornmeal porridge this am, so I did not drink that this am, its my favorite. Have you tried the French Vanilla flavor.

The way I feel I need something stronger than Arbor. You know I have soo much liquor in my house but no Arbor. I am off to the Chiropractor in a few, I need relief sooo bad!

Thanks Jen My left leg is numb, my foot is tingling & I am walking holding onto the walls or I may fall. I am in bad shape. I can't take lying in bed anymore.
Going right now to Chiropractor because this is my 3rd day & it seems to be only getting worse.

My nephew drinks this butterfinger hot chocolate and it is sooo good.
