I'm considering using entertainment intergrators for my 7/11/03 wedding. I had a presentation in my home on Sunday and had a few concerns. I'm sort of conservative. Although I want to everyone to have a great time at the wedding I don't want it to be like going to club. Some of the acttivities descibed, left me thinking .....are they serious ( musical chairs). They seem very interactive. Did you ever find this distracting or intrusive?

They will do as much or as little as you want. I know my crowd would not like a sit down and watch kind of approach, if you look at my pictures you will see that the floor was always up and jumping. EI has the expertise with all types of affair, all you have to do is let them know what it is that you want. Everyone truly enjoyed themselves, We loved every minute of our reception, it ended too quickly and everything that they did was all in good fun and everyone participated and seemed to enjoy it.

What are you looking for in a DJ?? My GF has hired them for her 30th b-day party and we are considering re-hiring them for our 1 yr anniv celebration, depending on what we decide to do.
They are very easy to work with, so speak to them and let them know your feelings. I did not find them to be distracting at all, they were fun, people still comment to me how much fun they were. They are very professional and everything went off w/o a hitch.

Hi, I know you addressed this to Shamma, but wanted to put in my 2 cents.
I booked E.I. too, and Ernest is very willing to cater to the kind of wedding we want (1/2 American, 1/2 Carribbean) and even getting some hard-to-find french and creole tunes for me.

I also am not doing the musical chairs, not b/c I'm conservative, but b/c I have some psycho females that will flip if any women gets near their husbands. Ha ha ha
But sriously, he said it's all up to what we want. It could be as lively or toned down as we need it to be.

Thank you both for your feedback. Much like you shamma, I want to have a a great time at my wedding.. I have always said that I want it to be like a party. On the other hand I want it to still be tasteful. MY FI and I have very diverse taste in music and we want that reflected at the wedding. I know they come highly recommended so I think we may book them. We do however have an appointment with Body Rock on Tuesday and will make the final decision then.

Good luck sweetie. Let us know what you decide. They are not over the top or outrageous or anything like that. And they are not always on the mike, like a club or anything wild. They do exactly what you want. They do it oh so well. EI has the expertise in all avenues, so I am sure you and your Fi will get your fill
