shandon court-again

Ok so just want to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. DO NOT GO TO SHANDON COURT for any event. The planning process with them was awful! The night of the party - they forgot one of the entrees that i paid extra for. Ive been emailing them all week trying to get a refund and see why that entree was forgotten and gotten no response!!!! The service was not good - they were all teens & this 1 kid was walking around with platters of food saying 'hey would you guys like this?' WHO SAYS THAT?? Looking back at it its funny - but we had a great time because of the company we were with but will never go there for any event every again.

Maybe instead of email, you should go in person.

It is important to remember that most establishments will have a few 'off' nights and unsatisfied customers, and I am sorry things did not go smoothly at your engagement party, but I have had the pleasure of hosting several family functions at Shandon Court and highly recommend them.
