Since I don't know how to cook I don't know it all but I can tell you what's in it.

Chop Meat
Black Olives
Tomato Sauce
Onions
Carrots shredded
ketchup
eggs
umm... bread crumbs? (maybe not)
wishtecher (sp) sauce
and then she puts bacon slices on top.

Re: SHARE YOUR MEATLOAF RECIPE

2 McIntosh or Gala apples, peeled and cut into small dice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pounds ground all-white-meat turkey or a mix of dark and white meat
3-4 ribs of celery, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 large egg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups stuffing mix
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Pre-heat the oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl, add the apples and lemon juice and toss together. Add the turkey, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, egg, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In a medium size bowl, add the stock and the stuffing. Toss around, letting the stuffing soak up the liquid, then add it to the bowl with the turkey. Mix everything together well, then turn it out onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and shape it into a loaf. Coat with extra virgin olive oil, transfer to the oven and roast until brown and cooked through, about an hour.

Also, if you buy the lipton onion soup packets they have a recipe on the back of the box for pretty good meatloaf. I think it works great with turkey.

Re: SHARE YOUR MEATLOAF RECIPE

The best meatloaf is using the veal, pork, beef mix of chopped meat.

Then I use eggs, some milk, breadcrumbs (seasoned). I eyeball it and test it based on consistency.

I coat it with ketchup or bbq sauce!

Re: SHARE YOUR MEATLOAF RECIPE

I made this for my cousins:

Cheeseburger meatloaf:

Chopmeat
ketchup
mayo
Mustard
BBq Sauce
Shredded cheese
minced garlic
3 eggs
bread crumbs
parsley

bake at 375 for 45 minutes, place 2 slices of american cheese on top for about 5 minutes before you take it out

Paula Deene's recipe, she doesn't hold back!! and it tastes like a cheese burger, great for kids!!!
