Sharing favorite shower moments

Hi ladies - my sister is getting married next May. and as her MoH, I am planning her shower.

I'd like to do something a little....different. Jack & Jill is not an option. I'm interested in learning if there was anything unique and wonderful about your shower that you'd like to share.

Suggestions on locations? Themes? Food? Favors?

My MOH had a tea party. They bought a bunch of different tea cups & pots from thrift stores, had deserts and finger sandwiches. Some guests even dressed up with big hats and white gloves.

You can give the tea cups away as the favors. They got the idea when we went to this tea room in Stony Brook. It was cute.

I do suggest playing games. They didn't have games at mine and I wish they did, it would have made it more interactive. Some guest didn't know each other.

I LOVE that tea room in Stony Brook! I go there all the time! :)
