This is my first holiday that I am spending iwth my fh's family. I lvoe them to death..but am alittle sad not spending it with my family.
Did anyone ever feel this way?

hi marisa!!! we are not sharing thanksgiving this year. he is at his house w/his fam., and i am at my house with mine. just don't stress, i'm sure you guys will work it out.

We just ate at his familys house, and now we are about to eat and my familys house. I feel the same way about not seeing my family. I have a big family but we are all close. We are lucky because both of our families live in the same town so seeing both is do-able.

we take turns each year last year Dh spent it with my family! and Tonight i spent it with his. we dont mind splitting the holidays. it does feel weird at first but you get use to it.
