Sharing Time!!

Hi ladies,
I am really struggling with my last 5 pounds. I am exercising and doing my best to eat right. I think my problem is my snacks. I dont think they are heathly enough. I was hoping you would share your yummy snacks with me! I get really hungry between meals! Hope you can help!

Re: Sharing Time!!

10 bride crashing because I LOVE snacks, so I try to stick with 'low point' snacks that fill me up (I'm on WW).

My favorites are: All Bran Crackers, WW Mozzarella String Cheese, Vitamuffins (the chocolate chip is amazing and only 1 pt), Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt, Fiber One Bars, apple slices w/ reduced fat peanut butter, pickles (kinda weird snack, I know but they are very low cal).

I've found that the low calorie snacks (the 100 calorie packs dont fill me up AT ALL). But the snacks above def. do.

Good luck!

Re: Sharing Time!!

I recommend the Special K crackers. 90 cals a pack, and they are very filling, especially if eaten with hummus. Granted, the hummus isnt so low-cal but its delicious lol

Also, try FROZEN grapes. The chewing sensation, and the fact that frozen grapes generally stay in your mouth longer will trick your brain into thinking youve been eating longer, meaning youve been eating more. It works, but I ran out of room in my freezer this week so I have none! BOO!

WW string cheese is another good one....hummus with veggies..

Re: Sharing Time!!

pickles have a TONNNNNN of sodium, so you might actually wind up gaining water weight from them.
