Okay, so small talk leads to some serious conversations. They start sharing stories about past experiences and the successes and failures of those relationships. Well, the young lady starts to get real excited. I mean really excited. She reminds herself that this guy is much older than she is. But he has so much experience, he certainly could teach her a thing or two and boy oh boy was she into learning new things!

So, the gentleman shared some ideas with her. This got her even more excited. She said - I can not wait to get started! Well, this even excited the gentleman - and at his age and status was something short of a miracle. So, he emailed her what he was willing to offer her. She was so impressed she sent him money! Yes, no fooling she was willing to pay for his experience and what he had to offer!

Yes, please do.

Before they consummated the relationship she had to make sure everything was done in writing. The gentleman thought, in writing! Wow, things have really changed over the years. I used to do this on a handshake! And he has done this well, thousands of times! He submitted to her pleas, they came to terms and finally were in total agreement. Just before they were going to ink their agreement and well, get started he said this is so different from how I remember how affairs work. She looked him right in the eye and said, sir this is the 21st century. Yes things have changed. That's why this is called A Modern Day Affair!
