She didn't show.... not surprised...
So, for any of you that have been following the drama of my FSIL.... yesterday night was the appointment for the girls to get fitted and they all told me they could make it. But when I arrived, guess who didn't show... FSIL of course. I asked and her daughter told me she couldn't make it and that she told her to just order a size for her. Then she forgot to give her daughter money... for any dress! The girl's grandma had to give her money cuz her mom was still at work! So I asked my other (nicer) FSIL what had happened; if she ended up needing to do her 'work stuff' in the end. She said, 'no, she just had stress at work today and got into an arguement with her 7 year old that she just didn't feel up to it.'

I told her daughter that her mom better come no later than this weekend to get measured cuz the store won't place the order without her. I called her at 10:30 this morning, left a detailed message and have not heard from her yet. When I told FH last night that she didn't show and her reasoning he questioned if she even wanted to be in the wedding. He was annoyed but def not as much as me.
I'll post an update if she ever calls me.
