Thx for asking sweetie!!! It went better then expected!!! I am sooo excited that back when we booked i didnt realize how many things they threw in for us that are now enhancements to the menu.. So we are gettin a lot of food!!!!

That all sounds SO GOOD!! It all looks good to me!! We had two courses too, instead of the combo plate - we had a salad and then the truffle infused risotto - which was good, but wasn't so pretty on the plate. We should have gone with the mozz and tomato tower or whatever. But you have pasta, so that will be great!

I know, now the porterhouse is an enhancement! We didn't get veal, I don't think. Everything looks awesome!

OH, we did banana splits instead of the viennese trays - they were a huge hit!! Just food for thought, haha!

i would've switched the salmon for the sushi, as well so that's a great move... your guests are going to be very pleased

Thx sweetie my fiance wants the banana splits.. we may do this instead!!! lol..

also we wanted the risotto tooo and goin back and forth with it!!! but mmy family is italian and thought they would prefer that instead od the other.

Which 2 meats did you pick? we were stuck on that..? and the chafing dishes I was worried we missed something, hahahah!!

We actually swapped out the salmon for sushi too. We swapped something else out to get an extra carving station - I think we had skirt steak, pork tenderloin, andddd turkey? I don't even remember. Sadly, that day, food was not our focal point because neither of us could eat anything I'm so sad - definitely let me know if you need any seat fillers - we want to eat at a wedding there!!

Banana splits were great - really different - I feel like everyplace does the cookie trays. Eh.

I don't remember chafing dishes either - there were so many to choose from!!!!

Aww will def let you know if I need a seat filler.. absolutely!! At this rate we are still waitin for 150 responses back and the RSVP date is tomorrow. ARGH!!!

Skip the risotto. It was good, but was really ugly looking on the plate.

oK GREAT Thanks!!!!:) Yea they had a blognese choice too.. looked delicious.. Now Im gettin hungry.. and ofcourse the chafing dishes I couldnt choose .. I really wanted perogies or spanokopita as an option but I was voted out of that, lol. as if we dont have enough italian food already!!! LOL
