You heard it first. Mom is finally within the comforts of her own home. She is filled with mixed emotions. She is emotionally exhausted, scared, anxious yet excited and in major anticipation for Saturday night. I think the idea of being temporarily disabled frightens her - I suppose it should because now maybe she will take better care of herself. It sounds harsh coming from a child, but our lives have been nothing short of tumultuous for a year and a half straight. We need normalcy and happiness. I am sure things will settle down soon! Thanks for all of the support you ladies have given me and her. We appreciate all of your kind thoughts and wishes towards her healing.
