has anyone tried these, they have no fat,or carbs and about 20 caLORIES. I RECENTLY TRIED THEM BUT THEY TASTED LIKE 'NOT COOKED ENOUGH' PASTA...ANY SUGGESTIONS, SHJOULD I COOK THEM MORE??

the only issue i had was that they came out looking the same way they went in!

Ug, I think these are just too good to be true. I have tried them 3 times and have decided to stop making myself eat them! I subscribe to hungrygirl.com and she has some recipes for them if you are still interested... Good luck!
