Shirts for the Bridal Party

Hello Ladies!!

I went yesterday to buy some blank t-shirts and I'm going to have shirts designed for my bridal party!

My mom thinks it's a stupid idea so I was wondering if any of you ladies have pictures of your bridal party in shirts you got them.

Or if you agree it's a dumb idea.

I don't have a pic but we ordered shirts for my friends wedding from bridalpartytees.com

My FSIL said that she would design ones for my wedding so we'll see how that turns out.

I think it's a great idea.

I think it's a great idea.

Oh that's so nice!! I'm doing it as a surprise to all my girls and giving it to them at our engagement party!

I saw the style at bridalpartytees.com but I am having the shirts airbrushed and made personally for each girl

If FSIL can't do it i'm getting them airbrushed too. Probably at Tri-County. We'll see....

This is an example of what I want but I'm making them more personal for each girl. And I got like a coral color shirt for all the girls & white for myself & my little cousin who is a junior bridesmaid!

There is an airbrush place by my house in Whitestone.. They guy charges like $5-$10 a shirt if you have your own shirt.. If not its $15-$20.. not bad!

I think it's cute. Especially if you are doing some get-togethers before the wedding. It'll also help family members who don't know who everyone is!

I got cheap tanks from Old Navy on sale and rhinestone Bridesmaid iron ons on Amazon. I put them together myself. I didn't want to spend a lot on them knowing they would only wear them for a few hours. I gave it to them at the Rehearsal Dinner in their BM bags.

My friend gave us really fancy ones at her wedding and we literally wore them for about 2 hours. It has since been chucked. So don't spend a lot unless they are going to wear them for the B-Party.

I don't have a pic of all my BMs in them because one forgot to wear it the morning of and we ran out of time to take it anyhow, but here are a few pics of them. They cost my about $7 a shirt.

My colors were turquoise and pink so I did my MOH's in pink

Oh very nice!!!! I want something more extravagant though, thats why I'm doing the airbrush.. It will cost me like $20 a shirt which I think is worth it bcuz I plan on having like a breakfast with my girls where we can wear them, & the b-party, and taking pictures together.. and I would hope they would save them & not chuck them bcuz it should mean something to them, but thats my opinion! lol
