I was just wondering how many girls are wearing traditional white or ivory shoes vs. how many girls are wearing colored shoes.

according to my mom, this is not up for discussion...my shoes will be ivory :( I wanted fun shoes and wanted them purple/lilac since my girls are wearing purple or blue

My mom was mortified when I showed her my purple shoes so I made a deal... ivory for the ceremony and I'll wear the purple for the reception.

my mom would have a shizz fizz if I chose really bright colored shoes, so i am going for pale blue. ill probably have to buy them white and dye them...

my shoes are ivory... i can't really picture colored shoes with my dress, and my mom would have a fit but i've seen pics of ppl wearing colored shoes and they do look cute

im actually wearing both. I am wearing white flats for the ceremony...then changing into blue shoes and/or flip flops for the reception...

im wearing silver for ceremony... probably dark purple for pix at old westbury since i dont want to accidentally step in duck shyt in my manolos , then swithcing back to silver?
i wont know til the week of. i saw apair od the exact shade of purple for my wedding in these pradas at dsw......... but i dont think they will go with my dress.
lil details im saving for last.

OMG my mom got upset about the responses too!! I thought she was nuts for getting upset! glad im not aloneeee
