I heard you are supposed to buy the shoe a size bigger because dying them makes them shrink a little. I'm using ballet flats. Should I do it? Has anyone heard that before?

I have never heard that before. I have gotten shoes dyed for other weddings I was in and didn't run into that issue.

same here... ive had dyed shoes for 2 weddings ive been and and i dont remember them saying anything

I think i read about 1 bride dying them and they were a lil snug when she got them back. I wouldn't buy a full size bigger though.

didnt think so, and since its a ballet flat i figured it was form fitting anyway.
