Shoe Help!!

The past four weeks have been utterly crazy at my job, so I have been a bit absent on the boards. But I'm back in need of some help.

Last weekend, I think I found the perfect shoes (see below). I want to dye them light baby blue for my something blue. Does anyone know any places that dye shoes?

The shoes are beautiful- great choice, but are you sure you really want to dye them baby blue?? How would that look with your dress?

When I say baby blue, I mean the palest blue ever. It will be extremely subtle.

My dress is a ball gown, so I don't expect the shoes to really show. Do you still think it may look bad?

I have heard many people say that they used tehir shoes as 'something blue'....If you like it, then I say go for it...Just make sure they do a very pale blue so they don't stand out in pics....

I agree. I don't know if you live near there, but Craft Shoes on Jericho Tpke. in Commack dyes shoes.

Thanks for the tips. I am definitely going for the palest blue. Fortunately, the shoes I selected can only be dyed in light colors. The mesh fabric around the toe won't hold dark dye. So, there's a safeguard just in case.

I am definitely going to check out Hazel's and Craft Shoes. I live near Hazel's and work near Craft. It works out perfectly. Thanks ladies!!
