I had my first fitting this weekend and I desperately need super high heels. The ones i bought are four and inches but i need more something with a a platform maybe. However, they need to be sandels, open toe sling backs something like that. My wedding is sept 4 and I dont want to be hot with pumps or closed toe shoes. If you have any ideas please let me know. Summer shoe season is over and it is so hard to find them in stores now.

I suggest taking to the web, like endless.com where you can sort by heel size. They seem to have a pretty large selection still of open toe/back shoes.

Can also try shoebuy...and if they dont like them you can return them with out a problem and its free shipping too....check them out!@ And they always have great discounts too

is there a reason you dont want to get your dressed hemmed??
are you used to walking in high heels all night. i had heels that were 4.25 inches, but im used to high heels.

My dress is poofy so i want high heels to balance it. I have not have it hemmed yet so that will not be a problem. I also always wear heels so height will not bother me walking either.
