If you have an ivory dress - do you have the shoes dyed ivory as well? Or do you specifically buy ivory shoes?
I would say to be on teh safe side, have them died, but if it doesn't really matter to you, you can just pick up a set and if no one is really going to see your shoes, you should be good!
I have the same problem except my dress is 'diamond white' and it's hard to find diamond white shoes. I think you can usually find ivory ones, at least I have been seeing them. Good Luck!
