Shoe question??

Shoe question??

I'm looking into buying some pretty expensive shoes. I keep hearing that I can dye them black and then use them after the wedding. My concern is that the dye will come off or something. Has anybody had any experience with this. I don't want to spend a lot of money and not be able to wear the shoes again.

I've done it. Be careful b/c the dye does rub off onto your stockings but it won't come off the shoe, they will stay black.

My bridesmaids had their shoes dyed to match the dresses & they had dye on their hands from touching the shoes.I was told by the shoe store that if it rains,they will bleed.
