first... is it weird for me to wear blue shoes when my BM are wearing green and their flowers are orange. I realize it's far from matching, but i just like the idea of having blue shoes as my 'something blue'.
Second, what size heal is everyone wearing? do you plan on taking them off? If so, will you be stepping on your dress then? I like heals, but I can't wear them for long. The last thing i want is to be uncomfortable in my shoes if I can't take them off. I was going to wear no heals, but now I keep finding cute one with heals. I don't know what to do!

you do not have to match your dress...i love the idea of a colored shoe, especially a blue one!

i dont think its a bad idea if you wear blue shoes and it doesnt match... thats your choice and i think it will be cute!!
i am not a big heel person but i do want to wear heels so im gonna get a medium type heel so that when i take them off i wont be stepping on the dress that much!! bec ill prob put them back on for the dances and cake cutting and the picture stuff!

You can always wear heels and then change into wedge type flip flops or sandals that are the same height. My friend did this and said it was so comfy

I was going back and forth between a blue or pink shoe. BM's are wearing blue but bule/pink/white are our flowers/colors. I went with pink to match my flowers, etc. I'm not wearing a heel at all. after MUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHH searching I FINALLY found a pair of flats that I think are cute

i think the blue shoes is fine.
i'm changing shoes at the reception. both are about 4' high but i plan on breaking them in before that. I've been wearing them around the house so hopefully they won't hurt so much the day off

I say go for it! Blue will look amazing with a white gown And plus it's nice to have something different from the BM's - no need to be matchy.
My heels are 3 1/4 but they're super comfy.

I almost bought blue shoes!!!!!!!! I think you should TOTALLY wear them!!!!!!!!!! You do not need to match.
My heels are a little over three inches. I probably will end up taking them off at the reception. I like to dance with no shoes on.

i'm wearing gold shoes and my bridesmaids are wearing burgundy. the heel is only 2.5' though because my FH and I are basically the same height.

i think blue is fine and there are many different shades, so i'm sure you can find one that will compliment the flowers nicely.
I looooove heels and, and plan on wearing heels, but I want to stsy at about 3' so they are more comfortable. I may buy 2 pairs and I will def try and break them in around the house so at least I know what may or may not hurt the day of.

I have the same colors! Girls are in green dresses with orange flowers and I really really wanted to do blue shoes. My mother was TOTALLY against it... so I bought green shoes.
But since my favorite color is green, I can totally wear them again.
