I'm about to order 5 pairs of shoes I like from shoebuy.com. Is it really easy to return the shoes? I don't want to run into any problems and wind up having to pay a large sum on my credit card.

Go for it. Shoebuy.com has the best free return policy. I love their site...been using it for the last few years

I did hear that a girl on another site ordered 5 pair.......she returned the 4 pair no problem but they refused to return the 5th pair for whatever reason. I personally have not used them, but will be for my bridesmaids!

very easy....all i did was call and tell them i needed to send it back. Got a email...printed and taped it to the box. Then dropped it off at UPS....very easy!
thanks girls! I feel more comfortable ordering from them now..maybe I won't buy 5 though to be safe.

It is VERY easy....I have already ordered like 3 pairs and keep returning them because I have terrible feet! You just package them up and bring them to UPS. Great place to order from

Be careful though! I ordered from shoebuy.com and there's only one return label per order. So, if you decide to return things, make sure you do it all at once. Now I'm stuck paying to ship one pair back!
