Where did everyone buy their shoes and how much did you pay?

I adored my shoes. They're so gorgeous, I got so many compliments on them, starting with the salesladies at the salon when I went for my dress fittings, and they see a lot of shoes. And they were so comfortable I never had to take them off on my wedding day, even though I kinda wanted to wear my adorable bridal Chuck Taylors. (The Chucks are pale yellow, which matched my wedding colors, with daisies and ladybugs.) The bridal shoes were expensive, though, at $210. But, hey, I saved a lot of money in so many other places, I didn't feel bad about spending on my shoes. I love shoes and it was important to me to have really gorgeous ones for my wedding. They're actually a lot nicer than this photo.
Got mine at Rhea Nichols in Rockville Centre for $65. Simple, but really comfy! I also saw really nice shoes at the bridal shoe store in the strip mall next to DSW on Old Country Road.
These are my shoes - they are a TON prettier in person!!! I paid about $50 at DSW for them and they are silk!

Thanks! I loved them. I couldn't get heels because I'm really tall and I promised my husband I wouldn't be taller than he on our wedding day. Which I was sad about at first, as I had wanted for years to wear Peter Fox shoes--the Peter Fox store is only a few blocks from my office, so I've seen them in person, and they are just the most beautiful shoes. It's hard to describe, but they're just amazing in person. However, they didn't have any really low heels in my size when I was there. But, I loved the Benjamin Adams shoes I got so much I got over the 'no Peter Fox shoes' thing.

I got these too in the higher heel. I paid $55 for them at Craft Shoes in Commack - they have a really large selection there
