needed to vent
I ordered the shoes for my FSIL wedding and they told me they would be in in about a week. so a week and a half later we get the call that our dresses are in and to make appointments for the fitting. i called up the shoe place to see when the shoes were gonna be in and they have no record of my order! they told me they would call back in a little bit. they didnt so i called back and they said that the bride had picked up m shoes which was a complete lie! now they are telling me that they have them but in the wrong color!! im so frustrated!!

could anything else go wrong?!! i swear i wonder where people learn their customer service skills sometimes!!

I'm sorry! I hope they straighten it out for you.
Some places are so ridiculous that sometimes, you can complain to the manager all you want and they wont do a thing about it either!
