Can you post pics of your wedding shoes and purses? I am trying to get ideas. Personally I would love to just wear ballet slippers and be comfortable. LOL

Re: Shoes and purses
I bought ballet slippers for the reception (bridal ones!)
jenn, where did you get your shoes etc... also where did you get bridal balled slippers? Are you concerned that your dress will be too long once you put on the slippers?

Re: Shoes and purses
I got my shoes at Craft Shoes in Commack, my purse off Ebay and my bridal slippers from David's Bridal.
My shoes have a 1 inch heel, (I am 5'10'), therefore, I don't think the dress will be too long while wearing the slippers.
The bridal ballet slippers are SOOO comfy & pretty!

Jenn,
Are the ballet slippers decorated at all? Where did you get them? That is what I want to have to wear the whole day. I never wear heels at all & would NEVER be comfortable in them. We are having an outdoor wedding on the lawn of our reception hall & I think the ballet slippers would just alow me to be more comfortable but I'd love a satiny pair maybe with pearls or roses on them.

I used to dance and I am wearing the white high healed shoes without the taps on them.(tap tap) They are very comfortable and look elegant and have a thick heel. They give good support as far as heels go. ( i work for a foot doc)

Re: Shoes and purses
Here is a link to my shoes, which I got at the Bridal Shoe Store on Old COuntry Road in Westbury. I think they were around $60. Once my dress comes in, he'll dye them ivory to match.
They are satin decorated with pearls & sequins. I love them!

Also, got mine at the Bridal Shoe Store on Old Country Road. This is before I had them dyed ivory. They are kind of high but I am use to heels. Flats hurt my feet!
I bought my shoes from Coloriffics on line I love them

Re: Shoes and purses
I found this shoes on UW and then searched and found on a wedding website, I think they are about $40, I love them but I am worried about the no strap, so I dont know if I will get them yet, still going to look around, but they are so cute!!
