My sister got her shoes dyed...and they came out the wrong color! She said they are like dark red/maroon....her dress is Apple Red. The store told her to bring them back...but I don't know if there is anything they can do. I know that they are different materials...so they won't be exactly the same color...but they shouldn't look like they don't match!
Anyone else have this? How did you resolve it? Thanks.

Where did she have them dyed, David's Bridal?
ETA: It depends on a few different things if she got the shoes/got them dyed at David's, so as much info on the dress and shoes as possible might help (that is, if she did this at David's, otherwise, I'm CLUELESS)

No...she didn't have them dyed at David's. She bought them at Estelle's...but had them dyed somewhere that Estelle's sent her to. I don't know the name of the place though.

Yes...the shoes are definately darker than the swatch. But, when she picked them up, she was in a hurry and she said it was dark inside. Ugh...the shoes already cost $58 plus $12 to dye them...
